Nishchita Kashyap

Nishchita finished her graduation in July 2009. After her B.E. degree, she joined Youth for Seva for a Seva fellowship. Apart from teaching in schools and hospitals, she was involved in the environment awareness division in YFS where she met many enthusiastic environment conscious volunteers. They as a team involved themselves in various projects, one of them being "Clean Bengaluru".

Nishchita believes that any change in the society as a whole is possible only when the individuals in it participate which is exactly what Green commandos' "bottom to top" change means. She joined Green commandos to bring about this change.
Nishchita has stayed in different places in India like Ajmer, Delhi, Mumbai, before finally settling in Bangalore. She likes instrumental music and loves collecting coins.
