They say this guy has the most apt knowledge of on-ground realities.....thus Green Commandos' Bottom-to-Top change came naturally to Arun. "Real" impact or "change" won't come unless we touch the base (the Bottom), hence Arun had a vital role to play while devising the philosophy of Green Commandos.

To say that Arun is a motivational speaker of the level of Anthony Robbins for founders of Green Commandos won't be an exaggeration. Giving spirit and enthusiasm to founders during our bad-patches is the most critical contribution Arun has made to Green Commandos.

Arun gave philosophy to Bangalore and Mumbai chapters, and is a person playing vital role for the Chandigarh Chapter (yet to be launched)
